See which sessions drove each insight

You can now trace every insight back to its source. When Honne surfaces a theme, a cluster, or a representative quote on the study's Insights tab, each one carries a citation: a link straight to the participant session, and when the insight came from a transcript, a timestamp that jumps you to the exact moment it was said.

Click through and you're in the session replay. Read the full exchange around the quote. Hear the hesitation before the sentence. See what the participant was looking at on-screen when they said it.

This fixes a real problem. "Honne says users struggle with onboarding" is not a claim you can defend in a product review. "Honne says users struggle with onboarding, and here are three sessions where they said so, with the timestamps" is. Every insight now ships with its receipts.

It also means you can audit the AI's work. Disagree with a cluster? Click into the sources and see whether the grouping actually holds. Think a theme is overstated? The evidence is one click away.
