Start a study from a template

You can now skip the blank canvas. Five templates ship with pre-written questions for common research scenarios — five-second tests, prototype validation, onboarding interviews, pricing reactions, and churn post-mortems. Pick one, tweak the wording to match your product, ship.

Each template comes with the sections already wired: the right mix of surveys, behavioral tasks, and AI-moderated follow-ups for that research question. The language is plain, not jargon. You won't find a template that says "evaluate the heuristic affordances of your information architecture." You'll find one that says "watch five people try to find your pricing page."

Templates are a starting point, not a cage. Every section is editable the moment you open the study. Rename sections, swap question types, add new ones, delete the whole thing and start from scratch if that's what your research needs.

We're adding templates based on what teams actually run. If a common scenario is missing, tell us and it'll ship in the next release.

You can still start from a blank study if you prefer. Nothing in the flow has changed for people who already know what they want to ask.
